Delivery

For a limited time delivery will be free of charge to locations within Australia. Tags Direct Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to charge freight in certain circumstances where standard delivery charges do not apply. In such cases Tags Direct Pty. Ltd. will disclose the charges prior to processing the order. Delivery will be via Australia Post unless otherwise stipulated.

Payment Methods

For online orders using our Secure Shopping Cart, we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard. We also accept bank cheques and personal cheques with mail orders. When paying by cheque goods will only be despatched once funds have been cleared. Payment can also be made via direct deposit into our bank account upon request.

Transaction Data, including customers credit card details, sent between SecurePayclients and the SecurePay Payments System is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, which is considered realistically as unbreakable. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online & offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted & transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking in the "hhps" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offfline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job such as billing are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer/ servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Return Policy

Tags Direct stands by the Quality of its product.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product just return the un-used goods within 30 Days from purchase date & we will fully refund the un-used goods.

This policy does not apply to Customised Tags. Tags Direct does not accept any responsibility for errors overlooked during the customers tag design and approval stage.

Should there be any issues with the performance of the Customised Tags, Tags Direct will make every effort to rectify the situation & will replace any goods that we deem to be faulty.

Tags Direct have sourced premium raw materials & manufacture to the highest of Quality Standards. All materials are tested & monitored against specifications to ensure that our Quality Standards are maintained.
